What's Included

Event Details

  • Trip name and description — Including emergency contact details
  • Date and time — Full trip schedule with start and end times
  • Venue information — Location details including whether it's on-site or off-site

Participant Information

  • Attendee list — All students and staff participating in the trip
  • School branding — Includes your school crest/logo on the document

Parental Consent & Forms

  • Form responses — All completed parental consent forms
  • Medical information — Medical assessments and emergency medical details
  • Emergency contacts — Contact information for all participants
  • Permission slips — Signed parental permissions and acknowledgments

Trip-Specific Documentation

  • Risk assessments — Completed safeguarding and safety assessments
  • Itinerary details — Full trip itinerary and schedule

How to Download

To download the Trip Pack for any trip:

1. Navigate to the trip in Involve

2. Click on the trip to open its details

3. Select 'Download Trip Pack' from the actions menu

4. The document will download as a Word file (.docx)
