Magic scheduling is a wonderful feature in Involve that automatically determines the optimal times for all of a teacher's activities. It considers school events, curricular lessons, weekly timings as well as teacher and student availability.

This feature allows admins and teachers to efficiently create and manage schedules by ensuring that all lessons are placed at the best possible times, minimising disruptions and maximising learning opportunities. 

Magic scheduling works for flexible lessons (lessons which can change time each week) whenever you ‘schedule’ a week in your calendar or click 'magic rotate' on a specific day.
