We have enhanced the Handbook functionality, allowing you to add documents (eg PDFs) and links to other websites from within the Handbook.

Open a Handbook and select to edit it, then click the paperclip to add a link to a document (this will upload the document to Involve School Portal systems, so that is always available to those who have access to the Handbook, there is no need to worry about opening up Google or OneDrive share).
