If you want your school calendar available on your school website (or any other website you own), follow the steps below.
Log in to Involve School Portal (with Teacher/Admin permissions)
Hover over the Calendar icon in the main left-hand navigation. Select the "Display View" menu from this hover-over menu.
This will launch the display view, which you can configure as needed for what is displayed in the calendar (eg add or remove departments)
Once you have the calendar filtered to show the information you want to share, click the "get public link" button.
This will open a dialog, where you can copy the link to the Week view, Day view, Staff school calendar view (only shows the events which staff can see) or the Public school calendar view (this view excludes any events only visible to staff).
You can customise how the colours / font / options for the Public school calendar by clicking the "customise" button.
On copying the link to the view you've created, simply point to this url from any other website for the calendar to be displayed.
It's as simple as that!
