There are two main methods to invite students and guardians to the platform:

1. Manual Bulk Invites

You can bulk invite students and guardians from the student table on Involve. Simply select any number of students, or bulk select an entire page of students, then click "Action" and choose "Invite students and guardians." This will send invitations to everyone who hasn’t logged onto the platform.

2. Automatic Invites

If your email notifications are enabled for parents and students in your school settings, they will automatically receive email notifications, regardless of whether they have logged in.

For any individual who has not yet logged onto Involve, within the notification they will also receive an invitation to join Involve.
